These Terms govern your use of CoffeeCong (the website and mobile app). By creating an account or using CoffeeCong, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Marketplace & Content Policy.
CoffeeCong is a platform for creating a mini-shop, sharing it by private link, and — if you choose — having it found by others. Sellers list items and either share their shop’s link directly with people they choose, or make the shop discoverable in Explore for anyone browsing CoffeeCong to find. Buyers browse a shop and message the seller directly, or send an order request, to arrange a purchase.
You must be at least 14 years old to use CoffeeCong. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
CoffeeCong does not process payments, hold funds, ship items, or guarantee any transaction. Price, payment method, delivery/pickup, and any refund are agreed directly between the buyer and seller. CoffeeCong is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for a counterparty failing to honor it.
CoffeeCong provides buyer–seller messaging for a listing, and a separate order request feature a buyer can use to send a seller their name, contact information, and purchase details for an item (no account is required to send an order request). Both exist to help buyers and sellers connect and arrange a transaction directly — CoffeeCong does not mediate, approve, or guarantee the outcome of either.
You retain ownership of the shop descriptions, product listings, photos, and messages you post ("your content"). By posting content, you grant CoffeeCong a license to store and display it as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your product photos to someone with your shop link, or in Explore if you’ve made your shop discoverable. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to post your content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You agree not to use CoffeeCong to list or sell anything prohibited by our Marketplace & Content Policy, to impersonate another person, to harass or threaten another user, to post false or misleading listings, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including spam or automated scraping). See our Marketplace & Content Policy for the full list of prohibited items and content.
You can report a listing, shop, message, or user that violates these Terms or our Marketplace & Content Policy using the report option in the app. Depending on the severity and pattern of a violation, we may hide or remove a listing, suspend a listing, close a shop, restrict an account’s ability to send messages, or suspend or delete an account.
You may delete your own account at any time from Account settings in the app, or at coffeecong.com/account/delete without installing the app. What happens to your shops, messages, order requests, and other data when you delete your account — including what is removed immediately, what is anonymized, and what is kept for the other party’s record — is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of CoffeeCong at any time. Where practical, we’ll give notice of a significant change — for example, in the app or on this page — before it takes effect.
CoffeeCong is provided "as is." Except for liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, we are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, losses from a transaction arranged through the service, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of CoffeeCong. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and where a change is significant, we’ll make a reasonable effort to give notice in the app as well.
